Can we bring our own food?
We'd prefer that you utilize our on-site or in-district food vendors. If you're interested in bringing an outside caterer in for a larger event, such as full pavilion rental, we are happy to discuss.
Can we bring our own beverages?
No. We are a beverage company. We have plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for your here.
Can we start a tab for our guests?
Yes! We can start a tab for your party when you arrive. We can also give you some complementary tickets that you can disperse to your guests at your discretion. This way our bar staff will be able to manage your tab, exclusively for your guests.
Can we decorate?
Yes! Our only request is that you please remove all decorations and fastening items when you leave. Failure to clean up will result in a clean up fee. Thanks for your understanding.
Can we pre-order food / beverages?
Yes! If you'd like to pre-order food from Sola Bread, please contact Sola directly at their email address. Similarly, you could pre-pay for a certain amount towards a beverage tab.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For the most part, we have plenty of space for weather contingencies. Since most of our spaces are covered here, we should be good rain or shine!
